Nice of Apples and arp33 to adjudicate that my posts are "of little value" and "irrelevant". And asking that I justify my situation to post - geez !!
Were my posts over a year ago "of little value" and "irrelevant" when price was $1.10 and I was describing the difficulties the project was running into? Plenty of people saying I was wrong and irrelevant back then too. Perhaps you regret dismissing the issues raised back then, but think it is valid to dismiss them now.
I'll happily debate any point. I'll only dismiss media when it is off-the-mark and there is good reason to back that up. If you think I am talking out of my backside, then that's fine, and what else would I expect from someone who is in love with the stock. I guess you think the share price chart has got it all wrong too. Strange how the chart reflects my posts and not those of the rampers and HOPERS.
Sometimes the rampers and HOPERS come out with some classics. Like - "the church will backflip to support the project because they own shares in SMC". There are many other examples. Generally, I leave those absurd ones alone. But it seems it is OK for some to make comments based on nothing more than HOPE, but it's not OK for others, like myself, to present opinion (which has mostly proven to be correct) based on reality and evidence. If the project was doing well, then obviously my posts would reflect all the positives as they exist in reality. Unfortunately the project is not doing well, and posts based on reality rather than HOPE, are just a symptom of the situation that seem to be confused by some people for down-ramping.
If my points seem a bit shallow or you don't believe what I'm saying, and you want explaination - no probs - I'll refer to the evidence. No one is a perfect scribe on a chat forum.
Now back to talking issues -
IMO what Governor Pingoy does in the next couple of months offers some HOPE on the ban issue. To some degree he is making more right noises about operational issues at the mine, but he is focussing his concerns on post mining issues. How much he can influence his compatriots is a bit of an unknown, as is his degree of motivation.
If you believe the ASX shorting data (it can suffer from late and under-reporting)- the stock was not heavily shorted on Friday. My tip to sell at the open after the TH and buy back as many as you want at 36c has today proven to have been worthwhile.
