With so many permabulls on the PEN thread, I do confess to being somewhat surprised by the continual drop in SP...especially with what we think is coming up, news-wise, in the very short term.
I thought that they (the permabulls) would have kept the SP well and truly above 7.5c, regardless of whether PALA was buying or not.
The one definite positive I am taking from recent days is the volume, or lack thereof being transferred. Up to this point, the low volume is pleasing.
For those with available funds, the time to dollar cost average?
