Hi Dhukka, I would more than welcome any takeover if its priced correctly. Assuming a VWAP of around 25 cents+ ( I can't see the price dropping below 25 cents in the short term unless takeover speculation is put to bed by either company) and adding in a takeover premium of 30%+ then we are looking at a takeover price of around 32 to 35 cents per share at the top range. I would have thought this would take 12 to 18 months to reach this point without takeover speculation. Of course we MAY miss out on any maiden dividend if a deal is consumated in the short term. Given this would be a material acquisition for VOC, you would think that it would be funded by a mix of, cash, script and debt, so it could be a good chance to get a nice entry into VOC (which all things being equal should drop in price if they announce a takeover), which would provide your BGL upside going forward and also upside via other deversified revenue streams.
