has short term down trend beeen broken

just wondering if anyone else can see if the TOL short term down trend channel has been broken.

it looks like it has broken above the steep down trend it was in, and i suspect it may test up to around $5.45.

any chartist keen to have a look???

looks interesting to me but im not expert, just drew a simple line and it looks like tol has broken above.
