I made note of the inflation factor in my first post. Don't keep all your eggs in the one basket. Two is better than one if you know what I mean and I don't mean a basket of stocks.
It's all stock specific. Buying more than 2 or 3 stocks means you are basically buying the ALL ORDS or ASX200.
That's great in a bull market but what about now? Best you DYDD as you suggest and go in hard! Buy a business not a punt.
