If this was the case, that would mean that SMA is withholding information from the marked and in breach of regulations.

If SMA had information, they are by law required to release it to the market. Unless you have inside information it is impossible to predict when an announcement will be released and does not help anyone to speculate such a clam.

It will happen when it happens. At this stage of the game it is still all speculation; yes we had an MOU with China Mobile and yes we have had Mr Carr saying that it is a good possibility that the deal will be signed. There is also the deal with Vodone all of which point to it being signed. With all the good signs pointing to a done deal there is nothing stopping China Mobile from pulling the pin.

So why are we making clams like; watch this space or the deal will happen this week for some small reason or even it won?t happen until after the financial year?
It all seems like wasted breath.
Again It will happen when it happen, whatever the outcome.
