Dreamcatcher, this was before any tender process was happening and there was noone else involved it would seem. Someone mentioned African Intelligence so I have read all the articles on African Intelligence and the Phosphate Togo SA dramas go back to 2009.

This tender process was only mentioned in an article on that site on 1/6/11, so it appears the Togolese Gov. have done a back flip and decided to put it to tender. This could be just to appear transparent in the process, I dont know. But what I do know is now SSC have competition in the tender process and IMO this has resulted in a lot of selling.

I make no secret that I wish to buy back into SSC at some stage, but with the litlle money I have, I would rather wait until all this selling pressure dries up.
