Yes Bomber I'll be a keen participant. Mucking around with the FTSE at the moment on a day trading basis.
My visits to the site will, however, be somewhat fitful, as I'll be travelling with my kids thru SA (Coober Pedy), NT, Simpson desert, Queensland (Georgina, Dimantina rivers) and back to Sydney by mid February. I know it will be hot but the school hols are the only long enough period to do justice to such an itinery.
I consider it a part of their education to get away from the coast and city life and see the real heart and soul of this awesome country.
I've spent long periods in those parts at different times, but I haven't been back there since the birth of Internet cafes. This is going to be something of an exercise in getting online in the most outlandish places possible.
I'd love to post you guys from such places as William Creek, Marla Bore, Finke, Alice Springs, Urandangie etc.
I'll even see if I can trade enroute. Imagine trading London via sat nav from Andado Station in the sth. west corner of the Simpson Desert. You'd want to make sure you always put a stop loss in that's for sure.
We plan to leave Sydney around 14 th December.

Had a similar experience rolling 60 wool bales back into a shed south of Mt.Isa on my own in the face of a looming storm. What a sweat. Thank God I was young and fit and the manager turned up later to help finish the job. Had to stack them three high. Only had a double hand hook and a plank!
