I just cannot see them selling off the whole project but maintaining JH and there other interests. It's like " fellas, sorry but let's put those 5 years behind us and move on" that would be catastrophic for the credibility of the company.
Selling a parcel of the project, well that's now out the door also when they can have the whole company for a pittance.
This would be there best way out.
