German assets aren't substaintial in comparison to the size of the debt, however may make some minor difference. As i've said in another post, need to price of REC's to increase which may happen post 30/6/2011 as the solar rebates are reduced.
Woodlawn coming online by years end will also help, however the big kicker is the US assets. When these were up for sale the share price went to $1.50+. Were now at sub 40c, so if there were indications of further euro asset sales or some US asset sales, could really trigger an increase in SP.
all speculation of course but something needs to happen at IFN for the sp to increase. bumbling along retaining all current assets will not serve them well IMO
