Yes, they are raising more from OW at $3.80 - but that won't be enough to fund them to mining. They are spending money propping up the sp that they will have to raise elsewhere.

Now no-one knows what the market price is.

Funny how all the complaints about sp manipulation have stopped, now the company itself is doing it.
