What's happening? They are into most things that are hot at the moment:
1) They have coal
2) They have insurance
3) Bunnings still generates cash
4) Management is more shareholder friendly than any other ASX listed company (ie. no dividend re-investment plan since cash not needed. No fancy distributions / buybacks, just cash to all)
