Alan, If I believed a global cut in emissions would make a difference I guess I would want a global agreement.
I would also have to make sure that the largest carbon emitters were on board otherwise my efforts would be futile.
It is national hubris (or plain stupidity) to think that Australia must "lead the world" in this regard...
