i agree if inflation has been around 3%per annumm the deal should now be $11.33bn NPV don't expect this slimy labor government not to try every trick in the book - the only reason for a carbon tax is that they are 198bn in debt and still have major infrastructure builds ahead of them (NBN) that will make school halls and pink bats look like nothing - they are an absolute disgrace.

i hold telstra shares and hope they go up via purchasing a bank or thropugh a change of government to the coalition.
