why buy (some reasons)

Obviously I'm not talking about technical mainly at that stage plenty of questions marks.
But one is what makes me buy in that level(around 0.40/0.45)

Think about. One company in the top 5 .
One partner like NCM.
One guy like Jake with huge history of "grow & sell".

Sincerelly,.. just consider...

Do you really think after the capital raising the share will be 0.40 ?

Imagine such comnpany with huge cash, top 5, NCM partner,,,

No way!!!

I underrstand people are making a huge wrong reading about that deal... This deal is amazing for all !!
