    Yes but sadly people aren't as black and white as religous dogma. They may still support the church but not really understand what that actually means.

    If people had a checklist of what they do and don't believe we'd have alot more mini religions as some people just want to believe to be happy and that should be the most important factor in life.

    If someone sees themselves as a christian but questions something in the creed, telling them to put no religion on the census is wrong. Maybe undefined but they may still see themselves as Christian. In my opinion the AFA should focus on removing the tradition of people who don't care one way or the other just putting their families traditional religion. Which is what they are trying to do but their websites and tone still would seem hostile and insulting to some.

    My parents are non religious (Their parents were very religious) but last census they put Anglican and UCE on the census. This time they're putting no religion as it has just been so long since they entered a church and have finally cut all connection.
