We have Martin Place Securities and Far East Capital (Grigor) saying same as Huntleys and since H has just got the jump on them with latest, reckon we might be soon getting their updates too cos no mention of uranium in their early recommendations. Bottomline is company is valued at 40 million bucks atm, is about to seek 40 million bucks project finance for stage 1 oxides which sets up a chain of developments under their total control, and according to THEIR expectations if u care to look at website, should be earning 50 mill bucks a year from stage 1 from mid next year onwards. OK there may be some debate whether that is pre or post tax but personally I think even that number is gonna turn out very understated given the grade upgrades announced in FEB. Stage 2 is another matter, but if u r sitting on a near term PER 1 on starter project with a massive upside to follow, guess u too would be excited thinking u finally nailed a big'un after so long (last being DRE). And notice I havent mentioned the U-word above. Huntleys have ..... the word "reserves" (?) is all new to me. If u think thats hyperventilating then u aint heard nothing yet. Everything I have referred to is visible on their website if u care to look (www.compassnl.com.au) I like to add my 38 years market experience in extrapolating the obvious and sounding the alerts which most dont get to hear about from the brokers until they are well and truly set and its time to offload. Reality is they aint generally set yet. Fora change, Olympians have beaten them to the jump. I challenge u Artemis and all in here to go over the facts presented by the company, do yr calculated extrapolations, and point out where u think "hyperventilation" is present in here. Cos i too am nervous about Mr Market. But I aint trading it cos too many things are happening and theres no stock around. U might consider buying a hundred shares so u can attend the AGM coming up and throw some curlies at them. I for one would be looking at their body language as they answer. I sleep well at nites tho, knowing their pedigree and track reckord. Like backing the horses ..... u dont back nags in listed races. Opinion only of course.
