tax time

Many people are posting their fears and trying to justify the falling SP with their own opinions. I thought I would share my opinion:

Avb dropped from the 15c average to the 11c mark based on a bearish market, international events, and reduced buyer confidence as a result of short term sellers getting bored with the announcements.

However, I attribute the recent fall bellow 10c to investors selling before the end of financial year. IMO holders don't see this stock moving too fast in a few weeks so theyre wanting to sell for a capital loss. This gives them a tax deduction and they hope to buy back in at a similar price in the first week of July.

I see July being the real measure. All in my opinion of course.
