Good morning Snork.
Sorry mate , I just don't have the energy to put in to the task that you have set at the moment.My attention and energy is directed to where I am making some money at the moment.
I am hopeful that UNI pans out as the true believers maintain . My concern is there has been a lack of transparency /honesty/integrity over the last 12-18 months...for my liking.
My view is that UNI management has been wallpapering over the cracks as the business has not panned out as they planned / expected over that period .But , you can only hide the truth for so long , and imo the market is now discounting for the inevitable truth of the story that has emerged .
Yes, the market did overvalue the Company ...but only on what it was told .....and who was responsible for that ?
So , imo you eventually arrive at the same point , whether Big Al is brutually honest , or not , the market comes to realise the truth .
I can live with "We have not realised the sales and revenue that we planned " ...what I dislike is the wallpaper over the truth.
There is plenty of evidence that things have not panned out as Big Al planned and iterated.
1 Go back and read the statements made by the incoming Sales Director ( ?) in about Nov 2009 .
2 Where do you think Griffen , Crystal etc got their information from do make their cash flow projections , financial forecasts and valuations from ?
Are you going to suggest that Big Al didn't have a role to play ...really !
3 Correct me if I am wrong ...but , haven't we had 1 more capital raising already more than we were going to ever need ...revenue was going to fund us .
I have always liked and respected you work Snork ...but I think you are at risk of catching Big Al's disease ...changing history along the way .
Come on mate .....I too hope UNI is successful ....but can you please at least look into the mirror and be honest enough to say "He is making some reasonable points ."
