Maybe you guys should stop flaming each other and worrying about TOU's and just stick to posting what you believe in.
IF you don't like what someone else posts then tell them so.
You can also put someone on ignore although personally I think that is a weak thing to do.
You can also not read particular threads.
Get over it.
