If PEN will be a producer BMN will be - it aint that hard, will the world continue to use Uranium - if its yes, it is yes.
PEN has a smallish resource with many shares on the register and has the 'potential' to be on line sooner than BMN - and they have cash sorted... big tick
&
BMN is a serious global resource with some cash, minimal shares on register compared to PEN....
They will probably end up pretty much in the same place if Uranium lives through this current sentiment downturn.
