So downside of the deal is we end up with a mill that we need to move and refurb and CRE tenaments that they do or dont produce from. As well as another billion shares.
upside is they meet there 200k+ oz per year
Wonder what the cost to move and refurb would be 20 - 30 mil?
I would certainly love to see that volume of ore sourced from FML's current tenemants going through 2 mills.
