The increase in Wah Nam prior to the new share issuing has begun.
Up 14 % to HK$1.23 now.
Expect Wah Nam to issue new shares at around A$.20 as before.
Will give them around $200 million.
They could borrow money (pay some of it back from BRMs 80 million cash) to offer around $6.50 for BRM
