It's been sold off from 25 cents to 15 cents, a very healthy retrace. When investors think the bottom has been hit then they'll pile back in. I suspect that 15 cents seems to be a good starting point.
A few months back it retraced from 14 cents to 8.7 cents and everyone was doom and gloom about ady, but it bounced and bounced hard. Look for the same pattern to emerge.
