What I think Jacky means is:
Although a lot of shereholders believe the SP should be 10-15c
IF! there is someone looking to take over CCC they could pull SP down (4c) and then make low (6c) hostile T.O. offer, and upset shareholders would take it....I think?

Reminds me of when the old OZL moved on AGM in Tassie a few years back.
