Cabe , I'm sure it was 'conditionally booked' when they spudded JH1-13 and would have been confirmed after that drill TD'd imo.
I believe service rigs are not in as much demand as drill rigs , so all should be on time (he said with fingers firmly crossed) .
Just my opinion ,, as delays in this biz are more common than anything else.
