I wish I could say who I spoke to about BKY 2 years ago but I can't as it will get moderated for certain. Suffice to say I didn't take another look at BKY, mostly for the reasons you just outlined.
The comment put to me is BKY won't get off the ground and will be troubled all the way. You have just confirmed the outcome.
BMN on the other hand IMO should now be on everyones watchlist. What they do is up to them but I will be a buyer if the project economics demonstrate a positive outcome. At present BMN is being flogged for a good reason, add in the EOFY and it doesn't look that hot for BMN over the rest of June trading. If it is where I think it may be around early July I may have an initial punt on an early entry, but only a small one.
BKY isn't even on my potential buy watchlist, nor will it be. It is on my sector watchlist.
