TFS is addicted to debt and the share price will never improve while management keeps diluting shareholders equity and the company is still not producing anything, The last capital raising was to eliminate debt and what do they do as soon as it is completed - BORROW MORE. Management needs to live within their means for the time being and stop throwing our money around like a drunken sailer. Shareholders own this company and management dilutes our holdings without a second thought. They may end up with a product worth something but it is doubtful if any of the profits will ever filter through to the long suffering shareholders. The answer, make your vote count at the AGM.
