one thing that made me a bit more sure in FML really taking control over CRE (and hopefully add a culture of 'new hope' to the rest of the employees) is the slide 3 of the presentation where Management is completely seen within Focus.

One would not set up such a slide if the current CRE management is not clear about that / meaning there should be the goal to establish a new leadership for the CRE part...

and in fact that could (should/will?) be the mental restart for the rest of the employees too ...
