On both counts considerable improvement and transparency is warranted....and required.
This does not appear to be like that other 'combined experience' we had...(and one or two others who read this thread know EXACTLY who and what we speak of ;)
However its always a worry when you see a clear lack of comprehension and understanding when a company releases announcements and information...
It denotes either that a management team is either incompetent...or that they are not being transparent or honest with shareholders.
Either way its a no win for shareholders.
I really hope this management team gets that message
