Given how well the partnership with the locals went at the LL project, I am not surprised that the Azuay partnership also fell apart. It is much better this way.
And EVG had better learn to grease the palms of the local officials in Latin America or who knows what impediments they will place along the way. It is a case that when operating overseas do as the local do or you could fail in your venture.
