If someone wants (by their own free will) to wear a burka, then they can, IMO shouldn't be told they can't. HOWEVER don't be expected to be allowed to wear it in the airport, bank etc. (wait outside if it means that much to wear it) Also when asked by police they should remove it, if they don't they should be charged with interfearing with police bussiness (or whatever).
This goes for anyone wearing anything, religious or not. People wearing hoodies and sunnies would have to show their face to police aswell.
