As always thank you for your polite reply - I though am going to wait to see what the new CEO does and how he wants to approach things before I decide wether I stay or go - the stakes here are very high here for the NT government

Over the past 6 months my friend whom I respect highly has told me he has spoken with the company and that Doug Dawes is a different cat compared to other directors he has spoken to but every time they have chatted he has been very passionate about trying to provide a proper future for the TOs and not making it just about money - but a better life style and future

I guess the TOs don't see that kind of offer as important which I think is a pity as it is the children who have to grow up and face an ever changing world that will suffer the most from the current stance of the TOs
