The previous valuation of MSR in the investor presentation on 28/3/2011 was based on Gold price @$1000/oz. Shambesai alone was valued at $96 million then (mine life).
With the Gold price @$1500+ now, the valuation of Shambesai mine itself should be in the region of $150 million.
I think the MC of MSR should be at least $50m or 30c with the TEO submitted. Instead of 35m @20c. As such, I would say it's a buy IMO.
My target SP of MSR is 75c when they get the mining license for Shambesai. And Shambesai is only about 60% of the total gold resource of MSR.
