Your not anti mining but anti GOT's project for mining the sea tenaments, so why didnt you push for the TO's to make a deal with GOT to trade the islands for the sea tenaments. You and the TO's probably could have made this sea mining problem all go away by giving GOT the islands to mine in return for the sea tenaments but instead you have forced GOT to pursue the only available course and that is the sea based tenaments. IMO this would have been a far wiser tactic considering the islands are uninhabited.
GOT are pushed into a corner and the TO's are not prepared to negotiate so dont be surprised if they come out fighting.
