yes you are right, moving gold plants from one location to another has been done many times before.

It was quite common in the 90's, when labour was less expensive than labour today of course.

I suppose if the intention is to move the plant, then one would expect FML has done there DD on this.

I suppose we will find out more about all aspects of the takeover as time passes.

I do have confidence in the FML management and suspect like most dealings they have done to date will have great benefit for the the company and it's share holders.
