Actually mate if you read my posts I even acknowledged the other day that VERY recently I saw some properties advertised lower than they have been for quite a while.

Actually I have NEVER stated that what I have stated is I expect up to a 20% pullback with stagnation - so if you are going to crap on about how wrong I am at least get your facts right about what I have said.
