    With current nta around 50 cents would hope to see the recapitalisation price struck at +30 cents. Would also hope with the recapitalisation we can have a share consolidation so we end up with no more than 250m shares on issue and/or a post cap share price of +$1.00.

    Noted today LEP have exceeded their guidance on dividend and provide a pretty good model for RPF going forward.
