Of course its up to posters to take on the the arguments others post, that's the whole idea of the forum isn't?

The two fundamental arguments, cultural and environmental degradation, that CBD complained about and that I put up, as arguments, I back up with opinions and factual information.

Look at some of the positions I rebuff, and these are just a few:

1. The TO's change the goalposts.
2. Songlines don't exist.
3. The TO's are self-apponted
4. Environmentally "a few jelly fish" will be affected.
5. It'll only be a small operation.
6. Native Title can't exist over the sea
7. That I am personally responsible for the fall in the SP since I joined the forum

...and so on and so forth.

The invitation is there when I post to rip into my arguments...and generally I'm responding to what others post and often to direct questions. Much of it is repetetive and cyclical...but if posters want to practice chopping wood, so to speak, they've met a competent wood chopper.

I've read every single post available re GOT...most posters anti-GOT have, historically, been abused, ridiculed and insulted. Their opinions and predictions, some of which have ultimately proved correct, were often met with condescending contempt. In short they were hunted off the threads.

The cyclical arguments indulged in, I must admit, I sometimes find tedious and some posters obviously just line up for the argument. In one post I more or less pleaded for posters not to provide me with oxygen because I knew that the constant "discussions" were seen as scornful of the sentiments of SH's who are doing their dough...but if members of the forum want to continue their "wood chopping practice" I'll accomodate them.
