    The other positive aspect of divesting the IIN shares to shareholders, is that it cleans up the company structure. This would make the firm a significantly better takeover target for someone who wanted some valuable assets and a firm with a history an ever increasing NPAT (is it 4 years now of 20%+ NPAT growth?)
