    On sky business they said it was a big tick for MMX that they got rail access and hinted that is why the sp moved.

    I speculate that they mean that the OPR could become the OP and QRN would build the R part.

    So two options for the rail component. OPR or QRN to build it.

    Wait and see. Not long to June 30 BFS. If costs too high QRN could be the answer.
