    re: tieing up loose strings Think about it, if the Namibian government is making it harder for little explorers by reneguing on leases, it will discourage a lot of investment into the country.
    If Laos had not opened the doors to OXR it would never have the benefits that it has now. Namibia is one of the more stable African nations.
