interesting announcement
1) seems to be allot of stock borrow suggesting prop trading though not all of it is that, some of it would be covering for client trade fails due to wrong settlement instructions etc
2) definitely large holder/s dumped their stock

Does anyone know or remember if there were any large crossed trades of a few million at a time in 4c range?

NDO along with a number of stocks of its ilk tend to leak info both from the corp end and broker end. When you look how it trades it sometimes tends to do some "weird trading" before announcemnts, corp actions etc etc but not always

the way it tanked and given the off loading by instos, it looks like some in the mkt would have been well aware that some very large seller/s was coming. I suspect there may be a few funds out there where their mandates do not allow them to hold stocks if they fall below a certain market cap or some other criteria which was triggered by the events and ensuing price action.

if they know their clients, it would not be too hard for brokers and other mkt operatives to figure who would be forced to sell. First hit friday when maybe some funds that operate in Aust/Asia time zone dumped and then Monday when Euro/North American holders dumped

The good news they won't be sellers anymore

It will be interesting to see as to who posts any increase and/or substantial share notices if any in the coming days
