Does anyone know why we are asking these questions?

For example what difference does it make if it came from Frank or not, and what difference does it make if the entire area has or hasnt been cleared?

I dont mean to point out the obvious but when you plan to build a mine you often need to clear the land. Its part of the planning phase of the project. If there are ANY bombs in the ground they will obviously be removed. As will tree stumps, prairie dogs, grass and weters.
