i read an announcement yesterday [ think it was in netwealths morning email news] that included estimates from brokers that its possible TLS could get as much as double the $11 billion and as much as up to $24 billion in additional penalty payments and rewards, from the NBN over the period of the construction time of the NBN and the switchover from telstra`s copper lines to optic fibre.
if this happens over time it may cause telstra`s share price to get back to previous highs.
what sort of penalty payments and rewards could be involved? anyone got any thoughts ?
