It is sheer guesswork what the market cap of goa could reach. We are all hoping it will be worth a dollar if it has a multi million oz resource.
We are encouraged in our blind hope that this might happen because of the presence of McNab and his legendary status in the many big finds in png, and our proximity to big deposits.
Not to mention that McNab has already said he is encouraged by the similarity in the geology between crater mountain and others.
But even if we do have a mega resource, we also have a billion and a half shares on issue, and that number is likely to grow raising needed capital. The Springtree involvement is always a bastard of a thing imo, but on the other hand they do provide needed funds. The devil and the deep blue sea.
We have also been hoping that San Chico would quickly become a producing mine and we would get short term income from that. However there seem to be delays and issues with that one, and we are all waiting on news on that front too.
We also have some very high grade gold close to the surface on Crater Mountain, so easy to get at that the local guys were coming up and illegally digging it up themselves until they were stopped! Maybe we could get that going pretty cheaply for our needed shorter to medium term funds.
Nonetheless I find the whole thing a great fantasy, I think of Crater Mountain like something out of a phantom comic and I have a great feeling about it haha. Maybe we will have a multi-million deposit and all will go well and goa will be taken over and we'll all get a buck a share and have a big party!
