I may be wrong but I thought RMS was originally spun out of Beach, so reason for sell off perhaps less sinister than you would think (ie; completion of the original strategy to divest the asset). Of more interest is who has acquired the the latest large cross trade, if it is the balance of the Beach shareholding?
