Something I haven't seen mentioned is the dilution that this SPP is bringing on us. If they raise 38 million, that's issuing nearly 20% more shares that are outstanding. That means that all of our shares are now worth about 15-20% less. I would suggest that's one of the reasons that we've drifted down to these levels.
