Unfortunately MR wasn't to anticipate the Global market downturn at that time
Remember the SP wa sat 34c when the Capital Raising was announced and offering placement at 28c was a nice discount
The SPP has had to contend with the SP dropping to the 28c offering,which hasn't helped,but like you I anticipate it still being oversubscribed
