As GC says in that quote - 'we are targeting by the end of June'. I have not seen anywhere a quote from SDL management saying parter will be announced before 30th June 2011. As the quote from GC says - SDL aim to select a parter by 30th June so even if SDL selects a parter early next week, we won't hear anything until the contracts are signed.
Be patient and have some faith in the highly credentialed management lead by Giulio and George. They will deliver the goods to SDL shareholders in my opinion.
